What is Bildirsene?
Bildirsene is a mobile application that allows citizens to report issues, suggestions, and observations in their cities with photos and descriptions, view these reports on a map, and tag relevant public institutions.
Is the app free?
Yes, Bildirsene is completely free. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Which platforms is it available on?
Bildirsene is available on iOS (iPhone, iPad) and Android devices.
Account and Login
How do I create an account?
To create an account:
- Download the app
- Tap "Sign Up"
- Register with Email/Password, Google, or Apple
I forgot my password, what should I do?
- Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen
- Enter your email address
- Click the link in the email you receive
- Create your new password
How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings > Account Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm
Important: Account deletion is irreversible!
Creating Reports
How do I create a report?
- Tap the "+" button on the main screen
- Take a photo or select from gallery
- Write a description
- Select a category
- Tag the relevant institution (optional)
- Tap "Share"
Is my location information shared?
Yes, location information is required for reports to be displayed on the map. However, your general location is shared, not your exact address.
When is my report published?
Your report is published immediately. However, it goes through automatic and manual review to ensure it complies with our content policies.
My report was rejected, why?
Your report may have been rejected for the following reasons:
- Inappropriate content (insults, profanity)
- Wrong category
- Off-topic content
- Copyright infringement
- Spam or advertising
Privacy and Security
Is my data safe?
Yes! To protect your information, we:
- Use SSL/TLS encryption
- Store data on secure servers
- Comply with GDPR and Turkish KVKK

Who can see my reports?
Your reports are public and can be viewed by all app users. You can limit your visibility using profile privacy settings.
Can I create anonymous reports?
Anonymous reporting is not currently available. However, you can limit your visibility using profile privacy settings.
Technical Issues
The app is crashing, what should I do?
- Completely close and reopen the app
- Restart your device
- Check for updates in App Store/Play Store
- If the problem persists, contact us
I'm not receiving notifications
For iOS:
- Settings > Notifications > Bildirsene
- Allow Notifications must be enabled
For Android:
- Settings > Apps > Bildirsene > Notifications
- Enable all notification categories
I can't upload photos
- Settings > Privacy > Camera/Photos
- Grant permission to Bildirsene
- Your storage may be full, check it
Location not found
- Settings > Privacy > Location Services
- Location Services must be enabled
- Grant "While Using the App" permission to Bildirsene
- There may be a GPS signal problem, go to an open area

What content is prohibited?
- Insulting, profane, degrading content

How do I report inappropriate content?
- Tap the "..." menu next to the content
- Select "Report"
- Specify the reason
- Submit
Your reports remain confidential and are reviewed promptly.
When is content removed?
Content that violates our policies is removed:
- Immediately via automatic filtering
- Within 24-48 hours following user reports
- During routine reviews
Account Issues
My account was suspended, why?
Your account may have been suspended for the following reasons:
- Serious violation of terms of use
- Repeated inappropriate content
- Spam or abuse
- Multiple complaints from other users
How do I recover my account?
Send an email to support@bildirsene.com including:
- Your username or email address
- Account suspension date
- Your explanation of the situation
We will review your request within 7 business days.
Submitting a Support Request
